THE BEMER EFFECT HAS GREAT BENFIT FOR ATHLETES, THE AGED AND THE VERY YOUNG – AS WELL AS FOR THOSE IN BETWEEN
Conventional wisdom and experience says that when we are young we are fit and healthy and as we age, our performance, health and quality of life are in decline. Generally, that may be a correct observation but not usually for the reasons given. “It’s part of getting old”, is not a good answer but having a “damaging lifestyle” is closer to the truth. Current and past lifestyle often is the trigger for the ailments we experience as we get older.
The young and fit probably tend to exercise more, are more energetic and active. Some become top-athletes in a diversity of sports where top-physical performance is the name of the game and fractions of a second can make the difference for the top 5 participants in any specific sport at Olympic level.
Amateurs and sports / fitness / exercise-minded people might not train as intensely but still remain in better shape – except when overdoing it or exercising their sport erratically. Still others spend most of their relaxing hours in the couch-slouch mode. Or at best playing video games and “simulate a fake life”. (Now you can add Virtual Reality to this which gives the illusion of activity but is mostly static for the body. As it is, our cumulative monthly flat-screen time these days exceeds most exercise-time of most people)
What is fundamental to achieving good health and performance?
Answer: an effective and efficient blood supply to the muscles to supply the necessary oxygen is one such basic requirement. This enhances performance of the athlete and regenerates the athlete after intensive practice or competitions by restoring the acidity levels in the blood stream, help the body to heal tiny tears in the muscle fibers and remove metabolic waste products.
Diverse joints are used intensively and effectively due to the continuous locomotion of the body which also requires an effective diffusion of blood at micro level. Using our joints regularly and sensibly in fact will improve their functioning and prevent wear & tear.
The aged have the problem of poor blood circulation mainly due to lack of exercise and stiff joints due to lack of locomotion will result. Joints and cells suffer from lack of oxygen and nutrients, the micro-circulation is impaired due to lack of vasomotion, i.e. the dilation and contraction of the smaller blood vessels. Older people are hit with a “double whammy”: their immune system is also significantly weakened due to poor blood circulation.
As soon as the vasomotion is improved by means of BEMER treatment and eventually restored, the immune system function is enhanced, there is more energy, greater physical performance (mental and physical) and quality of life in the aged as well as every one else who wishes to use the BEMER.
Easy to use.
No negative side-effects.
BEMER Physical Vascular Therapy is a treatment whose time has come.
